Who we are

Million Dollar Services is operated by FIVESMITHS LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13985094), whose registered office is at One Central Square, Central Square, Cardiff, Wales, CF10 1FS. "We", "us" and "our" mean that company. "You" means the business named at checkout.

These terms apply to every purchase from this site. Your use of the site itself is covered by our terms of use, and what we do with your data by ourprivacy notice.

We sell to businesses

Our kits are made for, and sold only to, businesses buying for use in their business. By completing a purchase you confirm that you are buying on behalf of a business (a company, partnership or sole trader) and not as a consumer. If you are buying for yourself as a private individual, please do not buy.

What you are buying

A kit is a set of digital files: a written playbook, the models and templates that go with it, and anything else listed on the kit's page at the time you buy. Abundle is several kits for one price. Kits in a bundle that have not yet been released are sent to you by email when they are, and the bundle's page says which those are. If a kit in your bundle is not released within twelve months of your purchase, you may ask for a refund of that kit's share of the price.

Updates we release to a kit within twelve months of your purchase are yours at no extra charge, through the same download link.

Prices, VAT and payment

Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout where it applies: UK VAT for UK buyers, and for a business in the EU that gives a valid VAT number, no VAT is charged and the reverse charge applies. You receive a VAT invoice by email.

Payment is taken by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card details. Prices can change, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

Delivery

Straight after payment we email a download link to the address you gave at checkout. It works for 30 days, and you can have a fresh one sent at any time from thedownload page. Please download your files and keep your own copy: the files are yours to keep under the licence below.

Your licence

The files are licensed, not sold. We grant the business named at checkout, and the companies in its group, a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to:

• use the files and their methods inside your business, by anyone who works in it; and
• adapt the templates and models and use them in your own work for your own clients, for example to price or run a service you provide to them.

You may not:

• resell, share or give the files, or copies or adaptations of them, to anyone outside your group;
• publish them, or offer them as templates, a product or part of a library; or
• use them to train or improve a machine learning model.

Copyright and all other rights in the files stay with us.

30-day money-back guarantee

If a kit is not for you, email hello@milliondollarservices.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. No questions, and no need to explain. When we refund you, the licence ends: please delete your copies. For a bundle, the 30 days run from the date you bought it.

What the kits are, and are not

The kits share one founder's methods and judgement from building, running and selling a services business. They are general guidance, not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice, and they are not tailored to your business. Worked examples and default figures are invented to show how a method works; they are not benchmarks or recommendations. Where a kit touches contracts, pricing or employment, take your own professional advice before you rely on it.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Otherwise, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, goodwill or data, however it arises. Our total liability to you in connection with any purchase is limited to the price you paid for it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you buy is the one that applies to that purchase.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
